## About the Role

+ Demonstrated experience in a System Administrator or Infrastructure Support role.
 + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
 + Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
 + Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
 + Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless technologies.
 + Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
 + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 + Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 + Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, aged care, or highly regulated environments (desirable).
 + Experience with Azure cloud services (desirable).
 + Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow (desirable).
 + Experience with automation using PowerShell (desirable).
 + Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and operational controls (desirable).
