 * Konfigurierst und pflegst Virtualisierungsplattformen sowie die zugehörigen Backuplösungen
 * Unterstützt Anwender:innen im Second/Third-Level-Support bei IT- und Anwendungsfragen, inklusive ERP- und CRM-Systemen
 * Pflegst und optimierst relationale Datenbanken und führst Datenübernahmen sowie -aufbereitungen durch
 * Koordinierst externe Dienstleister bei Hardwareinstallationen, Telefonanlagenkonfigurationen und technischen Änderungen
 * Erstellst Dokumentationen, Statusberichte und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Betriebsprozessen bei
