## Description

* Nimmst Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen entgegen, erfasst sie strukturiert und priorisierst Tickets
 * Bearbeitest incidents operativ und leitest eskalierte Fälle an 2nd-Level oder Fachbereiche weiter
 * Verwaltest, konfigurierst und wartest Arbeitsplatzhardware sowie Peripheriegeräte und mobile Endgeräte an verschiedenen Standorten
 * Richtest Clients, Laptops und gängige Peripherie gemäß interner Standards ein und unterstützt Rollouts
 * Mitwirkst bei der Planung und Einführung automatisierter IT-Services auf Basis workflow-basierter Prozesse
 * Pflegst System- und Anwenderdokumentationen und erstellst Statusberichte für interne Schnittstellen
 * Entlastest die Teamleitung durch operative Übernahme von Aufgaben und koordinierst externe Dienstleister
