* Unterstützung bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Clients, Server, Netzwerk, Firewall und Microsoft 365)
 * User-Support (1st-Level und einfache 2nd-Level-Tätigkeiten)
 * Einrichtung und Ausgabe von Notebooks, Smartphones und weiterer Hardware
 * Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Supporteinsätzen sowie Auf- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im IT-Betrieb
 * Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
