* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug

 * Erfahrung mit Citrix, ServiceNow und Baramundi von Vorteil
 * Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
 * Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sicheres Auftreten
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprachenniveau)

## Description

* Anlaufstelle für eingehende Incidents und Service Requests im Bereich First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Klassifizierung und Dispatching der eingehenden Tickets gemäß ITIL-Richtlinien mit ersten Fehleranalysen
 * Telefonischer und persönlicher IT-Support
 * Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Anwendern und den weiteren IT-Referaten
 * Erstellung von Wissensartikeln / Tutorials
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen Ticket Systems (nach ITIL)
 * Mögliche Mitbetreuung von zukünftigen Azubis am Standort München
