Fluency in German is a plus. Nice-to-have * Professional Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Coach, Kanban, or comparable certification. * Experience working in a rapidly growing start-up or scale-up. * Experience with organizational development or change facilitation. * Experience facilitating OKR processes, quarterly planning or portfolio prioritization.
