Während Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du unter anderem:

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwaresystemen
 * Planung, Aufbau und Verwaltung von IT-Netzwerken
 * Einrichtung und Administration von Servern und Clients
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und technischen Problemen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwarefragen (IT-Support)
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Prozessen
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen
