## About the Role

* Eine technische Ausbildung mit 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes. Fachhochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik/Informatik mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im IT-Applikationsbetrieb/Telco Netzwerk Betrieb.
 * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und analytisches Denkvermögen.
 * Sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
 * Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Unix/Linux, idealerweise auch in Java, Tomcat, Apache Webserver.
 * Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netz-/ÜT-Technik, Protokolle z.B. TCP/IP.
 * Kenntnisse in Cloud Technologien (z.B. AWS, OCI, etc.) wären vorteilhaft.
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

## Description

* Du verantwortest als System Specilaist Operations (m/w/d) die selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports für Anwendungen, Dienste und Infrastruktur.
 * Du definierst und verfolgst eigenständig Service Level Agreements und Service-KPIs für die verantworteten Services, überwachst deren Einhaltung und reagierst proaktiv auf drohende Verletzungen der Zielwerte und Qualitätseinschränkungen unter Einbezug der dazu benötigten weiteren 2nd Level Teams und Fachbereichen.
 * Du bist zuständig für die eigenverantwortliche Identifikation, Absprache und Durchführung von proaktiven Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Incidentvermeidung mit negativen Auswirkungen auf den Kunden gemeinsam mit den Engineering Bereichen.
 * Du übernimmst das Eskalationsmanagement bis auf Gruppenleitungs-Ebene.
 * Du begleitest und unterstützt Roll-Outs neuer Systeme, Services und Software.
