You'll support colleagues in both languages every day. * Hands-on experience in IT support or IT administration, ideally in a company running on Macs and SaaS tools * Experience with an MDM and/or identity provider (JumpCloud, Jamf, Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, or similar), or the demonstrated ability to learn tools like these quickly * A service mindset. You're friendly, responsive, and patient, and you take pride in colleagues being unblocked quickly. * A structured way of working. You keep track of open tickets, document what you do, and follow through. * Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python, or low-code tools), or the motivation to build this skill, ideally with AI assistance Bonus points for: * Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack * Experience with hardware lifecycle management and IT asset inventory * Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, VPN, DNS) * Exposure to ISO 27001 or other security frameworks (access reviews, device compliance) * Experience in a fast-growing startup environment ## Description * Set up, maintain, repair, and replace laptops (Mac and Windows) for the whole company * Manage our device fleet through JumpCloud (MDM): enrollment, updates, configuration profiles, and security baselines * Keep our hardware inventory accurate and manage the lifecycle from purchase to secure disposal Onboarding & offboarding * Run the IT side of joiner/mover/leaver processes: accounts, hardware, access rights, all ready on day one and cleanly removed on the last day * Continuously improve and automate these processes so they scale with the company Accounts & SaaS administration * Administer user accounts, groups, and SSO across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and more) * Execute access requests and support periodic access reviews together with our Security team IT support * Be the first point of contact for IT questions and problems, in the office and remotely * Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues, and document solutions so they're reusable * Support office IT: meeting room equipment, printers, WiFi, and event tech when needed How we work * Ownership from day one: IT support is yours. You decide how to organize it, with the backing of our CTO and Security team. * Structure over firefighting: We'd rather you fix a problem once and automate or document it than fix it ten times. Building simple, self-service processes is part of the job. * AI as a daily tool: We use AI tools like Claude across the company, including in IT. Whether it's drafting documentation, writing a small script, or troubleshooting an unusual error, we expect you to use AI actively to work faster and smarter. * Close to Security: You'll work hand in hand with our Security & Compliance function. They define policies for devices and access; you put them into practice., This role is based in Berlin with regular presence in our office, since a core part of the job is hands-on: setting up devices, helping colleagues in person, and keeping office IT running.
