## Description

* Order Handling: Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Auftragsabwicklung (End-to-End) für unsere großen E-Commerce- und DIY-Kunden in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
 * Customer Care & Collaboration: Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Key Accounts arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit dem Außendienst (Field Sales) und dem Key Account Management, um eine nahtlose Kommunikation und erstklassigen Service sicherzustellen.
 * Order & Price Monitoring: Du überwachst und steuerst die Auftragsflüsse sowie die Preisgestaltung. Dabei behältst du stets im Blick, dass alle getroffenen Kundenvereinbarungen exakt eingehalten werden.
 * Reklamationsmanagement: Bei Kundenbeschwerden, Retouren und Claims (Complaint Management) reagierst du effizient und lösungsorientiert. Die Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit steht für dich dabei immer an erster Stelle.
