## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management, including at least 2-3 years supporting IT initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
 * Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
 * Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 * Prosci certification
 * Training experience
 * IT experience
 * Utility industry experience

## Description

Our client's IT Department is seeking a tactical and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives and operational transformation efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organizational change, user adoption, and continuous improvement across IT projects and programs., * Lead and support organizational change management activities for IT initiatives and operational programs.

 * Conduct stakeholder analysis and drive leadership alignment across business and technical teams.
 * Develop and execute communication, engagement, and change readiness plans.
 * Perform change impact assessments and identify risks associated with organizational and technology changes.
 * Assess training needs and support the development and delivery of training materials and programs.
 * Establish and track change measurement metrics to evaluate adoption and effectiveness.
 * Promote agile and change management principles to help teams adapt and thrive in evolving environments.
 * Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
