* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung europaweiter SAP S/4HANA Rollout- und IT-Transformationsprojekte
 * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung inklusive Budget-, Termin-, Ressourcen- und Risikomanagement
 * Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams und externer Implementierungspartner
 * Anforderungsaufnahme und Sicherstellung der Geschäftsprozess-Abbildung im SAP-System
 * Steuerung von Tests, User Acceptance, Go-Live, Cut-over und Post-Go-Live-Stabilisierung
 * Sicherstellung von Change-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management
 * Projektcontrolling sowie transparente Berichterstattung zu Status, Fortschritt und Risiken
 * Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards und methodische Unterstützung der IT-Projektorganisation
