* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-HR-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt SAP HCM (Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft) und/oder SuccessFactors
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der ABAP-Entwicklung sowie im Customizing von SAP-HCM-Lösungen
 * Erfahrung in der Integration von SAP-HCM- & SuccessFactors-Systemlandschaften
 * Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Schnittstellentechnologien wie IDoc, RFC und APIs
 * Fundiertes Verständnis zentraler HR-Prozesse, insbesondere Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft & Stammdatenmanagement
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit den SuccessFactors-Modulen Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting & Onboarding
 * Kenntnisse in SAP-Transformations- oder S/4HANA-Projekten sind von Vorteil
 * Analytische & strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- & gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Beratung & Prozessgestaltung

 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen im SAP-HR-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP HCM (Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft) sowie SuccessFactors
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich technischer Lösungen, Systemarchitekturen sowie End-to-End-Prozessen
 * Erstellung fachlicher & technischer Konzepte zur Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
 * Weiterentwicklung der SuccessFactors-Module, insbesondere Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting sowie Onboarding

Entwicklung & Integration

 * Entwicklung und Erweiterung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mittels ABAP, BAdIs & User-Exits
 * Eigenständiges Customizing mit Schwerpunkt Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Betreuung von Integrationen zwischen SAP HCM, SuccessFactors sowie angebundenen Drittsystemen
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Schnittstellen auf Basis von APIs, Middleware-Lösungen & dem SuccessFactors Integration Center

Projekte & Betrieb

 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Fehler sowie Durchführung von Debugging- & Performanceoptimierungen
 * Unterstützung des 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Supports
 * Mitarbeit in Transformations-, Migrations- und Rollout-Projekten, beispielsweise im SAP-S/4HANA- oder HR-Umfeld
 * Sicherstellung von Dokumentations-, Compliance- & Qualitätsanforderungen
