## About the Role

* 6-10 years of software development experience using Java or Python.
 * 2+ years of hands-on experience building production AI/ML applications.
 * Strong experience with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS).
 * Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs.
 * Strong prompt engineering skills, including system prompts, few-shot prompting, tool use, and structured outputs.
 * Experience building conversational AI solutions (chatbots and/or voicebots).
 * Strong AWS experience with Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, ECS/EKS, and Infrastructure as Code.
 * Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
 * Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and responsible AI practices.
