 * Proficiency with test, defect, and service management tools (Jira, ALM, ServiceNow)

* Hands-on management of complex non production test environments (DEV, SIT, E2E, UAT, Pre Prod)
 * Expertise in environment provisioning, refresh, configuration, and stability
 * Hands on experience with, * Establish clear ownership and visibility of all non-production environments
 * Reduce environment- and data-related defects and testing delays
 * Improve environment predictability, availability, and utilization
 * Standardize environment governance and operating practices
