## About the Role

8+ years in security engineering, application security, or platform security.

 - 5+ years as a Product Owner in Software Engineering/IT.
 - Proven delivery of enterprise IAM and non-human identity solutions.
 - Experience with campaign management systems, marketing platforms, or offer engines.
 - Technical Skills:
 - Strong foundation in web applications and API security.
 - Fine-grained least-privilege access model design for distributed systems.
 - Experience with AI-enabled and automation-heavy systems.
 - Familiarity with agentic/autonomous system risks and deterministic controls.
 - MCP Security Standards and agent runtime authorization.
 - Experience with WAFs, API gateways, and edge security controls.
 - Cloud-native architectures and service-to-service security.
 - Non-Human Identity (NHI) lifecycle management in dynamic environments.
 - Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, token exchange (OBO), PKCE, audience binding, and modern token security.
 - Workload identity (SPIFFE/SPIRE), mTLS, PKI/certificate-based authentication.
 - Secrets management and elimination of static/long-lived credentials.
 - Solid grasp of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity lifecycle/recertification.
 - Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
 - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, facilitate, coach, mentor, and communicate effectively in various settings.
 - Other Requirements: No visa restrictions, background check, or drug screen required.
 - Interview Type: Video interview.
 - Anticipated Start: 2 weeks from offer.
