## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or Business, or a related field with 9+years of shown experience or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
 * Work experience should include product development and product line management of instruments and software.
 * Understanding of business value related to software features and functions
 * Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
 * Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

 * Software development experience
 * Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
 * Microbiology (Clinical Diagnostics and Clinical Microbiology)
 * Working in a Healthcare regulated Product Development and Sales environment, e.g., FDA, IVD

## Description

* Participate in team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
 * Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
 * Work closely with product managers responsible for other Microbiology product portfolios and business teams to create and maintain product enhancement backlog lined to the product roadmap according to business value/ROI
 * Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
 * Utilize Danaher Business Systems (DBS) and work in multi-functional teams to enhance and support existing portfolio
