## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
 * 3-7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
 * Required: Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end-to-end implementations
 * Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
 * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
 * Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team-lead experience preferred
 * Ability to deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
 * Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support clients and internal teams
