## About the Role

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Disaster Recovery Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Technology Resilience, Infrastructure Operations, and Operational Resilience.
Experience managing multiple enterprise-level projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, governance, and executive reporting skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and facilitation skills.
Experience working in regulated industries or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.

PMP Certification
Agile/Scrum Certification
ITIL Certification
Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery Certification
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in Cloud Disaster Recovery, Technology Resilience, and Infrastructure Operations to lead and coordinate disaster recovery testing across a portfolio of cloud-hosted applications. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee recovery exercises, ensure compliance with resiliency standards, and drive successful project execution in a complex enterprise environment., Lead planning, coordination, and execution of disaster recovery (DR) testing for cloud-hosted applications.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and issue logs.
Partner with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and business stakeholders to define recovery objectives and testing scope.
Coordinate test planning sessions, readiness reviews, execution bridges, governance meetings, and post-test reviews.
Validate Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and resiliency requirements during recovery testing.
Track testing compliance, documentation, evidence collection, remediation actions, and audit readiness.
Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, governance updates, and communicate project risks and recovery results.
Resolve cross-functional issues, resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and project dependencies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cloud resiliency, disaster recovery automation, governance, and operational resilience.
Maintain testing inventory, metrics, dashboards, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
