In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and deploying cutting-edge sales tools and systems to support critical sales capabilities and drive business success.The core function of this Solutions Architect position is to empower the Reality Labs Retail, Sales, Operations and Partnerships teams, ensuring they have the essential capabilities to operate, satisfy customer and partner needs, and grow the business. A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to develop and deploy AI-enhanced solutions. These solutions will augment business intelligence, automate processes, and generate predictive insights, ultimately enabling business growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the technical solutions, tooling, and platforms that business-facing teams use daily. A key focus is on improving internal team productivity, increasing operational efficiency, and-providing data driven insights. Crucially, these systems not only improve productivity but also establish the fundamental business records that underpin key business decision-making processes.The Solution Architect will partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams such as business stakeholders, program managers and engineering teams throughout the development life cycle. You will be responsible for creating and managing the technical roadmap for your domain, ensuring that we are making the right investments to support our growth 3. Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from design to deployment. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and business teams to ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget 4. Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship: As a key member of the team, you will be expected to provide technical leadership and mentorship to others. You will be a go-to expert for your domain 5. Champion Operational Excellence: Design and implement solutions that are not only scalable and performant, but also highly reliable and maintainable.
