## Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project governance, Agile delivery, and financial oversight and a proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives., * Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses.

 * Obtain and align resources to key project roles.
 * Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
 * Lead execution, integration, and implementation across multiple work streams.
 * Own risk management and mitigation planning.
 * Drive readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder management.
 * Ensure quality assurance and compliance with applicable change requirements.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact and integration lead for the project.
 * Act as Program Manager on an interim basis when required.
 * Represent senior project stakeholders when needed.
