This Product Manager will be working on internal systems supporting all aspects of employee experience for growing business needs. You will focus on building enhancements for Time & Attendance system, HR and Payroll with global payroll providers in EMEA and APAC for process improvements, automations and integrations. What You'll Do * Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall Timekeeping system, pay rule configurations, leave and accrual policies, scheduling and compliance rules in a global setting * Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business * Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations * Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
