As a part of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects from conception to completion. You will be the driving force behind project planning, budgeting, and implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands a high level of responsibility and offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals, while also being hands-on in the execution of projects. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion. * Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. * Lead project planning and implementation, including defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Oversee and coordinate the efforts of the project team, which may include engineers, architects, and construction workers. * Review project plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements when necessary. * Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, clients, and senior management. * Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report issues. * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. * Collaborate with clients from concept to delivery to ensure satisfaction., Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
