As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the Technology department supporting innovative delivery teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment., * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment.

 * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
 * Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, M365, or automation platforms to enhance delivery processes.
 * Strong ability to interpret data and AI insights to support team decision-making.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

* Modernize and support AI-enabled delivery workflows within the organization.
 * Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline delivery activities and reduce manual effort.
 * Analyze sprint flow and delivery patterns using AI insights to identify risks and bottlenecks.
