Bonus Points If: * Experience with enterprise data architectures, integrations, or cloud-native patterns. * Cloud migration or modernization experience. * ITIL certification. * Strong background integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, or other enterprise platforms. * Experience building proofs of concept, prototypes, or innovation pilots. * Demonstrated success contributing to sales pursuits, technical wins, or account growth. * Prior experience shaping platform strategy or center-of-excellence models.
