## Description

Provides specialized expertise in low-level mainframe programming to support critical MFRA legacy systems and high-performance components., * Design, code, debug, and optimize ALC programs in IBM mainframe environment

 * Support integration between ALC, COBOL, and modern Java applications
 * Perform system diagnostics, performance optimization, and problem resolution
 * Support production deployments and post-implementation stability
 * Collaborate on legislative changes and Filing Season readiness activities
 * Develop technical documentation and mentor junior staff
