## About the Role

* Strong hands on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator / B2B Integrator (SI/IB2BI).
 * Proficient in Business Process development using GPM (Graphical Process Modeler).
 * Skilled in creating and modifying EDI, XML, and Flat File maps using Sterling Map Editor.
 * Expertise in EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and CSV formats.
 * In depth knowledge of key EDI messages such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DELFOR, DESADV, INVOIC, etc.
 * Experience with communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQ, OFTP2, VAN.
 * Strong understanding of SI components such as: Adapters, Services, Enveloping/De enveloping, Translation services, Scheduling, document tracking, and reporting
 * Understanding of production support processes, SLAs, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Ability to work in complex, multi system, high volume EDI environments.
