## About the Role

* 8+ years of project management experience managing multiple large, complex projects.

 * Expertise in full budget management, software/product development, systems, and technical environments.

 * Strong relationship-building skills with sponsors and stakeholders.

 * Ability to mobilize teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver tough messages gracefully.

 * Extensive knowledge of project management tools.

 * Experience with Agile/Scrum and other development methodologies.

 * Ability to execute with limited information and navigate ambiguity.

 * Strong business and technical acumen.

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver complex projects under pressure. * PMP or PMI-ACP certification.

 * Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile transformation.

 * Release Train Engineer experience (preferred).

 * Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence.

 * Background in financial services.
