* 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
 * Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).
 * Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).
 * Experience in leading technical teams.
 * People management and mentoring capabilities.
 * Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
 * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).
 * Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
