Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * Proven experience in administrative roles involving data management, document control, or computer operations

 * Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management standards
 * Experience working with SharePoint or other document management systems
 * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and records management
 * Proficiency in using ERP systems for data entry and reporting purposes
 * Knowledge of technical writing principles for creating clear documentation
 * Ability to proofread documents meticulously for accuracy and consistency
 * Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams
 * Prior experience with filing systems, data entry, and administrative support is highly desirable

## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software components. Your primary focus will be on data entry, document management, and system monitoring to support organizational efficiency and compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a meticulous approach to records management. Key Responsibilities:

 * Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance
 * Perform data entry tasks accurately within various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
 * Manage electronic and physical document filing systems, including document management systems such as SharePoint
 * Maintain detailed records of system activities, updates, and maintenance logs
 * Assist in the proofreading and editing of technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
 * Support quality management processes by ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management standard) and ISO 9001 standards
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and update documentation in accordance with organizational policies
 * Utilize document management tools to facilitate efficient filing, retrieval, and version control
 * Contribute to records management initiatives by ensuring proper storage, security, and disposal of documents
 * Provide technical support related to system operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise
