Comparable experience will be reviewed on an individual basis; * CompTIA - A + Certified (Equivalent to or can be acquired within 12 months of hire); and * Valid New Mexico Driver's License. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Complex problem solving and troubleshooting skills, including organizational and project management skills; * Highly effective communication skills, including verbal, written, electronic, email, text and cell phone; * Interpersonal and collaborative skills necessary to support District departments, staff and vendors; * Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects; * Knowledge of the following software applications types: Windows 10, Chrome OS, Microsoft Office, familiar with Microsoft imaging software (SCCM), email, antivirus, web apps and Active Directory policies and user accounts; * Knowledge of computers and peripheral devices, software, networking, servers, telephony, Endpoint Protection and Audio Visual systems; * Ability to work in both a team oriented and independent environment; * Demonstrate the ability to learn new technology; and * Experience with Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT)., * Copy of your High School Diploma or GED Certificate; * Copies of any relevant technical certification; * Copy of resume; and * Copy of valid New Mexico Driver's License. ## Description The ITS Technician will be responsible for tier 2 technical support for the District. The technician will work to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a dynamic environment.
