Preferred Qualifications * Relevant certifications (AZ-104, Security+, Network+, or similar). * Experience with HaloITSM, Hudu, or comparable ITSM/documentation tools. * Background with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure. * Experience identifying and responding to phishing, business email compromise, or adversary-in-the-middle attacks a plus. * Experience supporting VoIP phone systems (3CX or comparable). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ## Description The IT Analyst II is a senior technical contributor supporting enterprise IT operations across Ascent Lifting. Based in our Houston office, this role serves as a tier-2 escalation point, project contributor, and technical mentor to the analyst team.
