EDUCATION: * Master's degree in the discipline being taught (doctoral degree preferred). * CISCO teaching certification preferred., * Minimum of 3 years of actual industry experience preferred. * Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at a college level preferred. * Demonstrated experience developing/revising curriculum preferred. * Experience teaching online preferred. * AWS certification preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Position will require the ability to frequently reach, stand, walk, bend, twist, grasp, sit, talk, hear, see, climb and perform repetitive motions. * Position will require the ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds, and push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds. * Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ## Description The Program Specialist - Innovative Technology is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Innovative Technology Programs ("Senior Director") to help ensure the program is successful. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong leadership abilities, and good time management and organizational skills. The Program Specialist - Innovative Technology position is a non-tenure track position. This position is visible to the entire College community and to the public at all levels and routinely interacts with all constituent groups of the College as well as prospective clients and students. This position is primarily remote, however, in person attendance may be required in limited circumstances.
