Data Engineering & Platform Expertise: Designs and supports scalable data solutions across cloud and on-prem environments (Azure, Snowflake, or similar). Demonstrates strong experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and building reliable enterprise data architectures that support analytics at scale. Automation and Scripting: Applies automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar tools) to streamline data workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency and reliability of data operations and reporting. Analytical Problem Solving & Technical Depth: Diagnoses and resolves complex data issues across integrated systems, including core banking, databases, and analytics platforms. Quickly identifies root causes, implements sustainable fixes, and ensures long-term data integrity across environments. Data Governance: Takes responsibility of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the enterprise. Ensures data quality through validation, reconciliation, and governance practices. Maintains high trust in data used for reporting, compliance, and decision making. Business & Analytical Acumen: Translates business problems into structured data solutions and actionable insights.
