This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to build scalable, automated financial infrastructure that keeps pace with TNC's fleet-scale construction growth and services expansion. Serving as the technical bridge between the finance team's process needs and the underlying systems that support them, this role ensures TNC's financial operations are reliable, efficient, and positioned to scale with the company's rapid growth., * ERP administration, enhancement, configuration, and change management * Systems integration & automation across the finance tech stack (AP, expense, procurement, payroll) * Data integrity, access controls, and SOX-readiness of financial systems * Enabling close and FP&A reporting through dashboards and system-driven data * Vendor management for finance systems and tools * User training and support across the finance organization, The Nuclear Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an environment of inclusion in the workplace.
