## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory services architecture and management, Group Policy management, domain controller management, security configurations, AD Schema, PowerShell and PKI.
 * Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS Admin, Azure/AWS Security, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE)

REQUIRED

 * Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible
 * Location: Onsite
 * Required: US Citizenship
 * Required: DoD 8140 IAT II compliant

## Description

As Directory Services System Administrator, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer's mission.

 * Proven ability in managing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating Active Directory services and hybrid authentication systems.
 * Provide support in managing identity, access, authentication, and centralized resource management systems and platforms.
 * Resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of directory services under guidance or as part of a team.
 * Utilize automation and orchestration tools for streamlined maintenance and monitoring of directory services systems.
 * Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance the directory services environment
