## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in AEM (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
 * Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, DAM, workflows, and OSGi.
 * Experience working with Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and REST APIs.
 * Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic React knowledge is a plus.
 * Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and AEM development teams.
 * Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AEM solutions.
 * Support design, development, configuration, and deployment of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
 * Provide guidance on AEM best practices related to architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
 * Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and content teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
 * Assist with integrations between AEM and external systems such as APIs, analytics, personalization tools, and DAMs.
 * Support content migration, authoring workflows, and publishing processes.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues across development, QA, and production environments.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, accessibility guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Nice to Have:

 * Adobe certifications (AEM Developer, Architect, or Business Practitioner).
 * Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
