 * Experience documenting and decommissioning legacy capabilities for cloud migration
 * Strong production change-management discipline

## Description

* Reverse-engineer Hogan modules and serve as the squad's source of truth on legacy behavior during the migration to Pismo
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Reverse-engineer Hogan modules in scope (IDS, CIS, PEP+, ULS, DDA, or rail-specific)
 * Codify business rules embedded in COBOL into canonical specifications
 * Build extraction interfaces over VSAM, DB2, and MQ
