* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 * Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
 * Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
 * Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
 * Good knowledge of App Engine Studio, Update Sets, Application Scoping, and ServiceNow best practices.
 * Experience in Catalog Development, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Optimization.
 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Certifications:

 * CSA
 * CAD
 * CIS-CSM (Preferred)
 * CIS-Risk & Compliance (Preferred)
