You will deliver knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive support across Bloomberg's OMS platform. This role goes beyond traditional support. You will develop a deep understanding of client workflows and act as a trusted partner, helping clients navigate the system, solve complex issues, and optimize how they use AIM in their day-to-day operations. Clients rely on your product knowledge and understanding of the buy-side to help them make better and more efficient decisions. To be successful, you should be a curious and solutions-oriented problem solver who is comfortable engaging with clients, managing expectations, and guiding them through both technical and workflow-related challenges.
