Key responsibilities include managing access, resolving security incidents via ITSM tools, working in global 24/7 shifts, collaborating with business users, and ensuring robust security within a matrix structure.

Core Responsibilities:

 * Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy IAM solutions, including identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
 * Platform Management: Maintain core IAM components, often involving Active Directory, CyberArk (for Privileged Access), PingID (for MFA), and related infrastructure like DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
 * Automation: Use scripting (PowerShell) and tools to automate identity lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
