## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience designing interfaces for web/desktop/mobile applications - ideally in technical, data-dense, or B2B contexts;
 * Strong Figma proficiency and a rigorous approach to component-level thinking;
 * Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy;
 * Ability to push back, advocate for users, and defend decisions with clear rationale;
 * Self-directed - you take ownership and follow through without hand-holding;
 * Experience with AI tools - Claude, Gemini, etc;
 * Fluent in English and Latvian.

Nice To Have

 * Familiarity with networking, IT infrastructure, or hardware products (or genuine curiosity about them);
 * Experience with design systems and contribution to shared component libraries;
 * Motion design or advanced prototyping skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar).
