## Description

Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch

 * Monitor job status, work-in-progress, and audit compliance across an active caseload
 * Build preliminary estimates and prepare accurate job file documentation
 * Serve as the go-to liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and our field technicians

 - Keep communication moving - calls returned, emails answered, questions resolved before they become problems
 * Prepare job file reports and support the audit process so every file is clean and closeout-ready
 * Draft correspondence, maintain filing systems, and support day-to-day office operations
