Experience: * configuring network equipment: 7 years (Preferred) ## Description We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer (7-10 years' experience) to join our team of talented engineers/architects supporting a large Federal customer in Washington DC., The Senior Network Security Engineer will support implementation of best practice solutions for network and security solutions and services. They will manage and implement network solutions using Cisco network products and technologies including but not limited to Cisco ISR 43xx/45xx/ASR 100x/Cisco Cat 9k/Cat 4k; OSPF/BGP, F5 Load Balancers, Spanning Tree, Virtual Switch Stack (VSS), IP Subnetting, IP Routing and Switching, and Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco ISE. The Engineers will provide Tier 3 support, implement and monitor network and security plans.
