 * Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
 * Experience managing vendor relationships and Statements of Work (SOWs).
 * Experience with enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support a leading healthcare organization in Irving, Texas. This is an onsite contract opportunity for a highly organized project management professional with extensive experience leading enterprise IT initiatives from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing multiple complex technology projects, working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive leadership while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget., * Lead multiple large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion.

 * Follow PMO methodologies, project governance, and best practices.
 * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
 * Coordinate project activities across technical and business teams.
 * Gather and analyze business requirements.
 * Review vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and project deliverables.
 * Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation plans.
 * Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and steering committees.
 * Manage project budgets and resource utilization.
 * Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
 * Ensure users receive appropriate training and are prepared for system changes.
 * Mentor junior project managers and provide project oversight.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
