 * Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and research to support troubleshooting, reporting, and business requirements.
 * Experience with data integration processes, file mapping, data validation, and interface support.
 * Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira for incident, problem, change, and service request management.
 * Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, conducting system testing, and supporting application implementations.

## Description

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications that support Health & Wellness operations. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities include application support, file mapping and data integration activities, SQL-based research and analysis, testing software upgrades and patches, and managing incidents, changes, and service requests. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools such as Jira to track work and support project initiatives while ensuring applications continue to meet evolving business needs.
