This role places a strong and explicit emphasis on data analytics, requiring deep expertise in HR data, reporting architecture, and insight generation to support leadership decision-making. The Sr. Analyst, HRIS acts as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, Finance, and the business by translating complex people data into clear, actionable insights, while ensuring system integrity, scalability, and continuous improvement across all HR platforms.
