Dell's Concept Engineering organization is responsible for exploring the boundaries of next-generation datacenter and AI server architectures. Our cross-functional team develops early-phase designs, proof-of-concept systems, and technology demonstrations that influence Dell's long-term product strategy. We work at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to define what comes next. What you'll achieve We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in high-current and high-voltage power distribution. If you have designed power distribution systems for demanding environments-such as electric vehicles, industrial power systems, high-density compute platforms, or advanced energy storage-this role will leverage your deep expertise. You will architect and design high-current DC bus bars, power shelves, HV/LV distribution networks, and high-power PCB assemblies that support the next generation of AI compute platforms and datacenter rack-level architectures. This is an early-concept role: you will explore new technologies, build prototypes, evaluate new materials, and guide system-level decisions long before products enter development.
