Soft Skills: * Exceptional organizational and coordination skills. * Strong written and verbal communication (essential for managing international stakeholders). * A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation. * Resourcefulness and inventive thinking - comfortable working through ambiguity and finding a workable path when the standard approach falls short. * Constructive assertiveness: the confidence to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders across internal and partner organizations, even without formal authority. Education: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
