Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow to support and optimise business processes. * Integrate systems. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, keeping data synchronisation reliable and secure. * Maintain the data model. Design a scalable, well-structured data model that holds up as the business grows. * Write quality code. Produce clean, well-documented, testable code with strong test coverage, and take part in code reviews and deployment cycles. * Automate workflows. Design and deploy automation - Flow, validation rules, approval processes - to streamline operations. * Support the team. Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and offer technical guidance to stakeholders and fellow developers.
